YOGA

I have been practicing yoga since 2008. I turned to yoga as way to get physical activity and lose weight while suffering from a shoulder injury. It only took 1 class and I was hooked - It was love at first sight. My first power yoga class was physically exhausting and yet my mind was buzzing. With time, I realized that yoga is what makes my soul sing and brings me so much joy. I continued to practice for several years until I moved to Ottawa and decided to take my 200 hr yoga teacher training in 2014. Since then, I have continued to refine my practice and teachings through various workshops, a 300 hour advanced yoga teacher teaching, a personal training certification and a health coaching certification.

I am passionate about getting people moving, whether through yoga or any other physical activity. I love to teach strong flowing classes that strengthens the body and calm the mind.
