Review the role of Restorative Yoga in creating balance & harmony. Gain an understanding of the nervous system & how yoga trains our nervous system to know itself better and interfere with itself less. We will incorporate the use of props and special adjustments for pregnancy, hip, knee, lumbar spine and shoulder issues.
